ChainCatcher 消息，美國紐約州提出一項法案，擬禁止 AI 回答醫學、法律、牙科、護理、心理、工程等專業領域問題。
據相關解讀，該行為本質上不是保護公眾，而是"收費 500 美元/小時的行業在用政客保護自己的知識壟斷"。律師不想讓用戶知道 AI 能在 30 秒內起草合同，醫生不想讓用戶知道 AI 比住院醫師更能解讀血液報告，工程師不想讓用戶知道 AI 可以一夜之間審查你的設計草圖。紐約州擬禁止 AI 回答專業問題並不是為了保護用戶，而是為了保護他們的生意。
