香港破獲 2.3 億港元黃金白銀走私案，創有記錄以來最大宗走私貴金屬案件

ChainCatcher 消息，据財新網報導，香港海關公布近期在香港國際機場偵破兩宗空運走私懷疑貴金屬案件，檢獲約168公斤懷疑黃金薄片及約285公斤懷疑白銀薄片，估計市值共約2.3億港元。以走私物品的市值計算，這是海關有記錄以來破獲的最大宗走私貴金屬案件。
根據香港《進出口條例》，走私屬嚴重罪行，任何人輸入或輸出未列艙單貨物，一經定罪最高可被判罰款200萬港元及監禁7年。
