ChainCatcher 消息，据 Cointelegraph 報導，Michael Saylor 旗下 Strategy 可能會在未來幾週內通過出售優先股 STRC 募集 3 億美元資金，以購買更多比特幣。
據悉，STRC 於 2025 年 7 月推出，作為一種收益型融資工具，通過可變月度收益率（當前年化 11.5%）維持股價接近 100 美元面值，已幫助公司積累價值約 500 億美元的比特幣持倉。
