ChainCatcher 消息，据 Cointelegraph 报道，英格兰银行副行长莎拉·布里登（Sarah Breeden）在英国上议院金融服务监管委员会作证时表示，央行对于管理稳定币风险的方法持开放态度，并不局限于实施持有限额。
布里登指出，拟议中的持有限额旨在防止银行存款大量流入稳定币，从而可能限制贷款并减少企业和家庭的信贷供应。她表示：“我们确实对实现这一目标的其他方式持开放态度。我想你们在调查过程中也听到其他人提到，这种信贷提供风险是真实存在的。”
