該公司已獲得盧森堡電子貨幣機構牌照，以在歐洲經濟區擴展受監管的支付服務。Dtcpay 為企業及消費者構建穩定幣支付基礎設施，並與 Visa 合作推出連接數位金融與傳統金融的卡片。其平台支持穩定幣與法定貨幣之間的即時結算。
