K33：受 STRC 推動的比特幣搶購潮，正在引起情緒驅動的結構性風險

ChainCatcher 消息，据 Theblock 報導，研究公司 K33 稱， Strategy 愈發依靠出售其 STRC 永久優先股來籌資積累比特幣，這正在引入與市場情緒和定價動態相關的結構性風險。
據悉，Strategy 在週一收購的 15.7 億美元比特幣中，約有 11.8 億美元來自 STRC 的市場出售，而 A 類普通股的出售額為 3.96 億美元。
K33 表示，該模式要求 STRC 的價格維持在目標價附近，且 Strategy 的股權交易價格高於其淨資產值。這些條件很大程度上受市場情緒驅動，並且在市場疲軟時可能同時惡化。
