PRNewswire에 따르면, Ripple이 지원하는 암호화 신생 기업 Evernorth가 미국 증권 거래 위원회(SEC)에 S-4 양식 등록 성명을 공개 제출했다고 발표했습니다. 이는 Arrington Capital이 후원하는 SPAC 회사 Armada Acquisition Corp. II와의 사업 합병과 관련이 있으며, 목표는 나스닥에 상장된 XRP 재무 회사가 되는 것입니다.
작년 10월에 보도된 바에 따르면, Evernorth는 미국에 상장하고 10억 달러 이상을 모금하여 XRP 토큰을 축적할 계획입니다.
