ChainCatcher 消息，据 The Block 报道，灰度（Grayscale）已向美国 SEC 提交 S-1 申请，计划推出 Grayscale HYPE ETF（代码：GHYP），该基金旨在追踪 Hyperliquid（HYPE）代币的现货价格，并拟在纳斯达克上市，由 Coinbase Custody 托管。
当前文件中明确指出暂不提供 HYPE 质押功能，但预留了未来满足特定条件后进行质押的可能性。
