Gonçalo da Cruz Silva is the Head of Product & Marketing at Definancy and, since September 2026, a member of the Appia Contact Group at the European Central Bank. Previously, he was Director of Product at Zharta, Head of Product for Digital Subscriptions at Público, Head of Product for Digital & E-commerce B2C at SIBS, and held several product management roles at Portugal Telecom. He holds a Bachelor's in Economics from ISEG - Lisbon School of Economics & Management and an MBA from The Lisbon MBA Católica | Nova.
