Martin Capel is the co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of M10, with over 24 years of experience in game development. He previously served as Game Director for Ubisoft’s Assassin’s Creed series (Rogue, Origins, Black Flag, and Liberation) and as Game Director and Lead Game Designer for Guerrilla Games’ Killzone (PlayStation’s flagship FPS title). Additionally, he worked on Epic Games’ publishing team, overseeing Fortnite Creative and third-party titles.

Brian then joined Electronic Arts (EA) in 2017 as Director of Product Management, followed by Epic Games in 2019 in the same role. Most recently, in 2022, they were appointed Head of Product Management at Big Time Studios, where they are helping to shape the future of how game companies will utilize the blockchain to put more value and ownership into the hands of their players. Brian Chu received their MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business in 2008 with an emphasis on Marketing and Technology Management. Brian obtained their BS in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley in 2002.

Maitham Mohamed
Maitham Mohamed is the co-founder and CEO of M10. He is a former FIFA semi-professional player and has been featured in Forbes “30 Under 30” list of the youngest in the gaming sector. During his career, he was the Head of DAO at Nyan Heroes and was a key contributor to OlympusDAO in its early days. In addition, he worked as a product manager at Amazon and in corporate finance on sell-side advisory and M&A transactions in the technology, media and telecom (TMT) sector. He received his undergraduate degree from the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS) at the University of London, where he earned a BA in Philosophy and Economics.

Lars Buttler
Lars Buttler is a co-founder of M10 and a limited partner at Pantera Capital. He received his MBA from Harvard University and his Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Ken Spencer
Ken Spencer is the Lead Level Designer at Big Time Studios. Presively he was the Senior Game Designer at Epic Games and Electronic Arts.

Mike Seavers
Mike Seavers is the CTO of Yuga Labs, and he previously served as Executive Vice President of Development at Fortnite developer Epic Games.
