Michael Gronager was previously the former CEO and co-founder of Chainalysis, providing investigative and compliance services for distributed value transfers, working with international banks, law enforcement agencies, and fintech companies. He was previously the Chief Operating Officer of the digital asset trading platform Payward. He entered the crypto industry in 2011, having previously served as the CEO of Nordic DataGrid Facility, which was then the largest distributed storage installation company globally, and as a member of the EGI project management committee and the EGI technology cooperation committee. He is currently also a member of the board of directors at the Swedish National Supercomputing Center (NSC). Additionally, he is also a co-founder of the San Francisco-based Kraken trading platform.
