Matt Windsor oversees the investments and fund operations. He’s a trained hand, having evaluated equity investments in various crypto businesses including on-ramp exchanges, enterprise blockchain and DeFi projects. He’s been a token and fund investor since 2018 - including 2 SEA crypto funds.

Jomo Filart is the Senior Analyst at Ocular. Jomo oversees the portfolio companies and opportunities. He was an Investment Associate Enjin (a leading blockchain project), where he helped lead investments for the Efinity Metaverse Fund. Prior to Enjin, he was an Analyst at Deutsche Bank where he assisted with Philippines coverage across corporate and investment banking products.
