矿企 Core Scientific 拟发行 5 亿美元可转换优先票据

ChainCatcher 消息，矿企 Core Scientific 向合格机构买家私募发行总额为 5 亿美元的 2031 年到期可转换优先票据。Core Scientific 还希望授予票据的初始购买者购买期权，在票据首次发行之日起 13 天内（含当日）进行结算，最高可额外购买 7500 万美元本金的票据。
Core Scientific 打算将此次发行的净收益用于一般公司用途，包括营运资金、运营费用、资本支出、收购互补业务或回购其证券。
