ChainCatcher 消息，巴拉圭最大银行 Ueno Bank 宣布采用抗量子电子签名与防篡改时间戳，率先将后量子安全技术引入实际生产环境。
该行基于 QANplatform 的抗量子 Layer-1 混合区块链，结合 SignQuantum 签名扩展，为电子文档和业务档案提供数学可验证的不可篡改记录。此举符合美国国家标准与技术研究院（NIST）主导的后量子加密标准，并为金融业应对未来量子计算破解风险提供了可复制的模式。业内人士称，这是全球首家在生产规模部署该类组合技术的银行，为拉美乃至全球金融机构建立“量子安全”范式。
