OSL Group has completed the acquisition of the licensed trading platform Koinsayang in Indonesia

ChainCatcher news, OSL Group announced that it has acquired the licensed digital asset trading platform Koinsayang in Indonesia by issuing approximately 9.2662 million shares as consideration, and has obtained licenses for cryptocurrency and derivatives trading, accelerating its market layout in Southeast Asia, including Indonesia.

In the future, the company will accelerate the launch of more compliant financial products, expand customer coverage, promote blockchain applications and compliance system construction, and broaden revenue sources and user base, comprehensively enhancing competitiveness. Through this acquisition, OSL Group has obtained compliance operation qualifications in the Indonesian market, laying the foundation for business expansion in emerging fields such as RWA and PayFi.
