U.S. listed company Prenetics increases its Bitcoin holdings to 272 coins and initiates a rights offering for fundraising

ChainCatcher news, according to Globenewswire, the U.S. listed company Prenetics announced the launch of a public offering of Class A common stock and common stock warrants, intending to raise funds for strategic acquisitions of Bitcoin. In addition, the company disclosed that as of October 24, its Bitcoin holdings have reached 272 coins.
