域能控股将以 1 亿港元收购虚拟资产交易所 VAX 约 5.56% 股本

ChainCatcher 消息，据港交所公告，港股上市公司域能控股宣布已与香港持牌虚拟资产交易所 VAX 签订购买协议，将以 1 亿港元收购该公司约 5.56% 的已发行股本，包括现金 2400 万港元，余额 7600 万港元透过发行三年期零息可换股债券支付，转换价 2.5 港元。
