OKX officially launches the built-in DEX in the exchange

According to official news, OKX has officially launched a built-in DEX within the exchange. Users can directly buy and sell on-chain tokens of Solana, Base, and X Layer using USDT or USDC in their trading accounts on the OKX exchange. It is reported that the built-in DEX of the OKX exchange is a decentralized self-custody wallet, and users do not need to remember mnemonic phrases or private keys. When trading on the built-in DEX, users do not need to perform complex operations such as cross-chain transfers or withdrawals, and OKX subsidizes users' Gas fees. Additionally, users can participate in OKX activities, promote OKX DEX trading, and create quality content to win cash rewards.

OKX CEO Star further stated that today "centralized liquidity + decentralized execution" can be completed at the same entry point. With the official launch of DEX trading built into the OKX App, hundreds of millions of users can self-custody and exchange on-chain tokens like Solana, Base, and X Layer without leaving the exchange, and it currently supports 0 Gas fees, which represents the future direction of the exchange: hybridization, seamlessness, and full on-chain integration.
