ChainCatcher 消息，Real Vision 联合创始人兼首席执行官 Raoul Pal 发文表示，流动性操作权限正在从美联储转移到财政部，以便（特朗普政府）更直接地控制债务融资和展期，利用银行作为渠道，发行票据作为流动性注入机制。这本质上是通过财政主导进行的国家/政治管理的货币贬值，取消了所谓“独立”中央银行的“非政治性”制衡。
