韩国 STO 法案通过国会初审，明年上半年或迎代币证券流通市场

ChainCatcher 消息，韩国推进代币证券发行（STO）制度化的电子证券法与资本市场法修正案已通过国会政务委员会法案审议小委员会，为明年上半年 STO 流通市场开市奠定基础。
修正案拟将区块链分布式账本技术正式纳入电子登记体系，使发行人可将基于分布式账本的代币证券作为电子证券进行登记和管理；同时，将投资合同证券及非金钱信托收益证券等小规模场外交易平台纳入监管，为碎片化投资交易所的合法运营提供依据。若法案下月在国会全体会议最终通过，房地产、艺术品、音乐版权等多类实物资产的代币化与流通将可在监管框架内展开。
