ChainCatcher 消息，据市场消息，韩国立法者计划在 2026 年 1 月前全面通过《数字资产基本法》。该法案将建立一种“韩式稳定币”，采用联盟结构，其中银行至少持有 51% 的股权，科技公司可以作为少数股东参与其中。
民主党代表 Kang Jun-hyeon 将提交政府提案的截止日期定在了 12 月 10 日。这位议员警告说，如果财政部门未能按时完成提案，议员们将提出独立版本。
