ChainCatcher 消息，IREN 公司于 12 月 3 日宣布完成总额超 36 亿美元的融资计划，包括 16 亿美元股权融资和 20 亿美元可转债发行。
此次融资将用于偿还旧有低价可转债并强化资产负债表，以支持公司 AI 云业务的大规模扩张。新发行的可转债包括 10 亿美元 0.25% 的 2032 年到期债券和 10 亿美元 1% 的 2033 年到期债券，初始转换价格约为每股 51.4 美元，显著高于旧债券的 17 美元转换价。
