美国银行获 OCC 批准开展加密货币中介业务

ChainCatcher 消息，据彭博法律报道，根据美国货币监理署（OCC）的新指导方针，允许美国银行提供加密货币交易中介服务，进一步明确了传统贷款机构可以合法参与数字资产交易的方式。
美国货币监理署备忘录指出，银行可以充当经纪人，从一方交易对手购买资产，同时将这些资产出售给另一方交易对手。在此过程中，贷款机构不会持有任何加密资产。
