法国拟放宽散户加密货币交易规则，效仿英国在欧盟范围内做出转变

ChainCatcher 消息，据 Cryptopolitan 报道，法国金融市场管理局（AMF）将更新相关规定，允许向散户投资者出售某些加密投资产品。
继英国金融行为监管局（FCA）也提出放宽散户投资加密货币 ETN 限制的计划后，法国紧随其后。自 2025 年 10 月实施禁令以来，法国 AMF 此次调整规则，将首次允许对加密指数型 ETN 进行零售营销，并取消对符合条件产品的警示标签要求。法国 AMF 调整后的规则涉及加密资产的性质，如比特币、以太坊及其他符合市值、平均交易量及交易平台受监管程度等要求的加密资产。其计划于 2027 年上半年对这一政策变化进行审查。
