ChainCatcher 消息，彭博 ETF 高级分析师 Eric Balchunas 在 X 平台发图显示，截至 2025 年末，美国市场共有 124 个与加密货币相关的 ETP（交易所交易产品）注册申请，其中包括：比特币相关产品占比最高，共 21 项（其中 18 项基于《1940 法案》衍生品结构）。其次是篮子型产品（15 项），以及 XRP（10 项）、Solana（9 项）与以太坊（7 项）等主流代币。目前已有 42 项为《1933 法案》下的现货申请，其余则是衍生品或结构化基金。
