ChainCatcher 消息，ZRO 持有者可在 12 月 20 日 0 時參與第三次費用開關投票。該投票每六個月進行一次，旨在由持有者決定是否啟動協議費用開關。若投票通過，協議費用將用於回購並銷毀 ZRO。
本次投票窗口為 12 月 20 日 0 時至 12 月 27 日 0 時。投票法定人數要求為流通 ZRO 的 40.59%，即 2.3 億枚 ZRO 具備投票資格。若滿足法定人數，贊成票需超過 50%方可生效。LayerZero Labs、LayerZero Foundation 及相關關聯方將棄權。
