ChainCatcher 消息，納斯達克上市的比特幣礦企 LM Funding America 宣布已與某機構投資者簽訂證券購買協議，將通過發行普通股和認股權證方式募集總額約 650 萬美元資金，此次發行預計將於 2025 年 12 月 22 日左右完成，但需滿足慣例成交條件。
此外，該公司還宣布位於俄克拉荷馬州礦場的算力機組已成功投入運行，預計將新增約 35 Petahash（PH/s）的比特幣挖礦算力。
