ChainCatcher 消息，据《信報》報導，勝利證券向客戶發出通知表示，自 12 月 19 日起，其對於系統識別為來自"中國內地" IP 地址的虛擬資產賬戶，實施"禁止買入"限制的安排。消息人士表示，此為響應內地近期加強監管虛擬資產交易的措施。
