据厦门検察公众号披露，福建某发行公司一名业务员因参与虚拟货币投资造成巨额负债，自 2024 年春季起实施职务侵占行为。
该员工擅自将公司对公收款码更换为个人微信收款码及银行卡账户，引导客户将教辅征订款直接转入其个人账户。通报显示，该员工累计截留公司资金 153 万余元，并将相关款项全部投入比特币等虚拟货币进行交易，试图通过投机获利，但最终资金全部亏损。同安区检察院已以职务侵占罪对其提起公诉，法院判处其有期徒刑二年三个月，并处罚金。
