ChainCatcher 消息，据市场消息，菲律宾警方近日在帕赛市一公寓内成功营救一名遭中国籍绑匪非法拘禁的中国公民，现场逮捕两人，另有两名嫌疑人在逃。受害者称遭威胁索要 100 万美元并已转出逾 40 万美元加密货币，嫌疑人还曾以器官贩卖相威胁。
警方现场查获胶带、刀具、手铐等物品，并将对相关绑架及勒索罪行提起诉讼。
