ChainCatcher 消息，Standard Chartered 分析師在一份報告中表示，穩定幣對全球及美國的銀行存款構成真實風險。
Standard Chartered 數字資產研究全球主管 Geoff Kendrick 在報告中指出，美國 CLARITY 法案的延遲提醒了穩定幣對銀行的風險。Geoff Kendrick 估計，美國銀行存款將隨著穩定幣市值的增長而減少，減少量約占穩定幣市值的權重。其中美國區域性銀行受到的影響最大，而投資銀行受影響最小。報告顯示，Tether 和 Circle 的儲備中僅分別有 0.02% 和 14.5% 為銀行存款，重新存款比例極低。
