ChainCatcher 消息，据 The Block 報導，由加密貨幣交易所 Kraken 支持的特殊目的收購公司（SPAC）KRAKacquisition Corp 已完成 3.45 億美元的首次公開募股（IPO），並於 1 月 28 日在納斯達克全球市場開始交易，股票代碼為 KRAQU。
KRAKacquisition Corp 由 Kraken 的關聯公司與 Natural Capital 和 Tribe Capital 共同發起，成立目的是尋求未來的合併或收購。該公司表示尚未確定具體目標，也未與任何潛在交易對手進行實質性討論。
