美国监管松动推动金融科技银行化，加密机构加速争夺银行牌照

ChainCatcher 消息，随着美国监管环境逐步放开，金融科技行业正加速向“持牌银行化转型”。去年信托银行牌照审批明显提速，美国货币监理署（OCC）已批准包括 Circle、Ripple、BitGo、Fidelity Digital Assets 以及 Paxos 在内的 5 家公司获得国家信托银行执照的有条件申请。据悉拥有银行牌照也被视为对冲资本市场波动的重要手段。
业内认为，金融科技公司仅作为传统银行前端渠道的时代正在结束，越来越多数字金融与加密机构开始直接寻求银行牌照，通过吸收受保存款并接入联邦支付体系，加密公司可获得更稳定、低成本的资金来源。
