ChainCatcher 消息，證監會發布《關於境內資產境外發行資產支持證券代幣的監管指引》。其中提到，中國證券監督管理委員會對境內資產境外發行資產支持證券代幣依法依規進行嚴格監管。
開展相關業務前，實際控制基礎資產的境內主體應當向中國證監會備案，按要求報送備案報告、境外全套發行資料等有關材料，完整說明境內備案主體信息、基礎資產信息、代幣發行方案等情況。境內備案主體及其控股股東、實際控制人、董事、監事、高級管理人員，以及相關中介機構應當保證出具的備案材料真實、準確、完整，不得有虛假記載、誤導性陳述或者重大遺漏。
