泰国 SEC 批准数字资产作为衍生品支持资产

ChainCatcher 消息，据 Decrypt 报道，泰国内阁已批准修改《衍生品法》，允许数字资产作为受监管衍生品的支持工具。泰国证券交易委员会 (SEC) 秘书长 Pornanong Budsaratragoon 表示，此举将"促进更具包容性的市场增长，便于多元化和更有效的风险管理，并为更广泛的投资者扩展投资机会"。
SEC 将制定后续规则修改衍生品许可证，使数字资产运营商能够提供加密相关合约，并与泰国期货交易所 (TFEX) 协调制定合约规范。
