波蘭總統再次否決加密貨幣法案，行業面臨監管不確定性

ChainCatcher 消息，波蘭總統卡羅爾·納夫羅茨基再次否決了旨在將歐盟 MiCA 法規納入國內法的加密貨幣法案。該法案被批評賦予波蘭金融監管局 (KNF) 過多權力，包括可暫停加密貨幣交易並對違規行為處以高達 1000 萬茲羅提（約 280 萬美元）罰款。
KNF 警告，若法案未能在 7 月 1 日前通過，所有國內加密平台將面臨非法運營風險。行業代表擔憂，在現有版本下，波蘭加密企業可能被迫遷往波羅的海等監管更友好的歐洲地區。目前圖斯克總理政府在議會缺乏推翻總統否決所需的五分之三多數票。
