ChainCatcher 消息，据 FinanceFeeds 报道，印度中央调查局逮捕嫌疑人 Sunil Nellathu Ramakrishnan（又名 Krish），他涉嫌参与一个与东南亚网络诈骗活动相关的跨国人口贩运网络，其被指为跨境诈骗网络关键协调人。
该网络通过虚假招聘将印度公民诱骗至泰国后转运至缅甸、柬埔寨等地诈骗园区，并强迫其从事加密投资诈骗、情感诈骗等活动。执法机构表示，该类犯罪利用加密资产实现跨境资金转移，增加追踪难度，相关调查仍在进行中。
