ChainCatcher 消息，据英国《金融时报》报道，韩国总统李在明已提名国际清算银行货币经济局局长“务实鹰派”申铉松（Shin Hyun Song）为韩国中央银行韩国银行新行长候选人，据悉申铉松对李在明政府力推韩元挂钩稳定币持否定态度，认为在汇率波动剧烈且易受资本外流影响的国家，稳定币很容易成为资本外逃的工具，而与本国货币挂钩的稳定币可能会加速这一趋势。
