美国参议员：《CLARITY 法案》将提供更强 DeFi 开发者保护

ChainCatcher 消息，美国参议员 Cynthia Lummis 表示，《CLARITY 法案》在最新修订后将为 DeFi 及开发者提供“最强保护”。其回应加密律师 Jake Chervinsky 对草案中开发者责任条款的担忧，称两党已就相关内容进行调整，以强化对非托管软件开发者的法律保障。
不过，Chervinsky 指出，当前草案中关于资金传输定义仍可能使部分 DeFi 开发者面临责任风险，相关条款尚未完全明确。报道称，法案最新修订版本尚未公开，预计将在 4 月推进至参议院银行委员会审议。
