美國參議員：《CLARITY 法案》將提供更強 DeFi 開發者保護

ChainCatcher 消息，美國參議員 Cynthia Lummis 表示，《CLARITY 法案》在最新修訂後將為 DeFi 及開發者提供"最強保護"。其回應加密律師 Jake Chervinsky 對草案中開發者責任條款的擔憂，稱兩黨已就相關內容進行調整，以強化對非托管軟體開發者的法律保障。
不過，Chervinsky 指出，目前草案中關於資金傳輸定義仍可能使部分 DeFi 開發者面臨責任風險，相關條款尚未完全明確。報導稱，法案最新修訂版本尚未公開，預計將在 4 月推進至參議院銀行委員會審議。
