古巴央行首次授权十家企业使用加密货币进行国际支付

ChainCatcher 消息，古巴中央银行（BCC）于 2026 年 3 月 23 日在《官方公报》发布公告，首次授权十家企业（九家中小微企业及一家混合企业）使用加密货币进行跨境支付。
获授权企业涵盖信息技术、餐饮、交通及工业等多个领域，许可证有效期为一年，可申请续期。企业须通过持有 BCC 牌照的虚拟资产服务提供商（PSAV）开展交易，并按季度向央行报告交易详情。
