香港の財務局副局長、陳浩濂は、特許公認会計士協会（ACCA）香港支部の2026年度周年税務セミナーで、OECDが共通報告基準（CRS）を改訂し、中央銀行デジタル通貨などの新しいデジタル金融商品を範囲に含め、金融機関の報告およびデューデリジェンス要件を最適化したと述べました。
さらに、OECDは暗号資産報告フレームワーク（CARF）を発表し、各税務管轄区が暗号資産取引データを自動的に交換し、取引の透明性を高めることを目的としています。香港立法会はこれを支持しており、2026年内に立法を完了することを目指しています。
