ChainCatcher 消息，Arkham 分析師 Emmett Gallic 在 X 平台發文表示，加密貨幣交易所 Gemini 在最新提交文件中披露，截至 2025 年 12 月 31 日其對關聯方 Winklevoss Capital 尚有 4,619 枚 BTC 借款未償還，按當前價格約合 3.14 億美元。文件顯示，該類借款年費率為 4%--8%，且無固定到期日，但出借方可在書面通知後隨時要求償還。
Gemini 歷史累計曾向 Winklevoss Capital 借入超過 1.1 萬枚 BTC 和 13.3 萬枚 ETH。
