寧夏法院調解虛擬貨幣委託投資糾紛，法官提醒 2017 年後相關合同或被認定無效

ChainCatcher 消息，据澎湃新聞報導，銀川市興慶區人民法院近日審結一起委託投資虛擬貨幣引發的民商事糾紛。案中原告將資金委託被告進行虛擬貨幣投資，因要求返還投資款未果，以"不當得利"為由訴至法院。
承辦法官審查後認定本案實為委託合同關係，並向雙方釋明訴訟風險與法律利弊，最終促成原告撤回對部分被告的起訴，由另一被告返還投資本金，案件以調解方式圓滿化解。
法官同時提醒，依據最高人民法院司法觀點，2017年 9月 4 日央行等七部門發布虛擬貨幣風險公告後簽訂的委託投資合同，因代理事項違法將被認定無效，投資者應審慎評估相關法律風險。
