Uniswap 창립자 Hayden Adams는 X 플랫폼에 글을 올리며, 비록 비난을 받을 수 있지만 중앙화 프로젝트가 DeFi라고 자칭하는 것을 막아야 한다고 밝혔다. 만약 관리자 키가 모든 자금을 청산할 수 있다면, 그 프로젝트는 CeFi이다. 구분하지 않으면 DeFi는 아무 의미가 없고 그 브랜드는 훼손될 것이다. 어떤 버전의 Uniswap도 자금을 청산할 수 있는 관리자 키를 가지고 있지 않다.
