ChainCatcher 消息，美國商品期貨交易委員會（CFTC）分別對亞利桑那州、康涅狄格州和伊利諾伊州提起訴訟，重申根據《商品交易法》對事件合約及預測市場擁有獨家管轄權，指控三州試圖透過其他州級監管措施禁止、限制或管制已註冊的指定合約市場，包括 Kalshi 和 Polymarket 等平台。
CFTC 要求聯邦法院宣告州級行動無效，並禁止各州對符合聯邦法規的預測市場活動進行干預。
