ChainCatcher 消息，美国联邦存款保险公司（FDIC）提出新规草案，拟根据《GENIUS 法案》对其监管范围内的稳定币发行机构进行规范，涵盖储备、赎回、资本、风险管理及托管等方面要求。
FDIC 表示，相关储备存款将受到保险保障，但该保护不直接覆盖稳定币持有者。同时，监管机构已就规则细节征求公众意见，意见征集期为 60 天。该提案为落实《GENIUS 法案》的进一步举措，相关监管框架预计将逐步完善。
