ChainCatcher 消息，据 The Block 报道，纳斯达克上市公司 Currenc Group Inc. 已委托 Securitize 对其普通股进行代币化，此举将为该股票开启全天候交易、碎片化持股及去中心化金融（DeFi）应用等功能。
Securitize 是目前代币化赛道的头部机构，近期还受托参与纽约证券交易所（NYSE）全天候代币化证券平台的建设工作。
值得关注的是，在链上发行合规股票领域，SuperState 此前已积累较多业务，Galaxy、Forward 及 SharpLink 等机构均选择通过其平台完成链上股票发行。
