ChainCatcher 消息，香港按揭证券有限公司拟通过首次发行数字债券，筹集至多 120 亿港元（15 亿美元），可能成为全球有史以来规模最大的此类债券发行活动。香港按揭证券公司是香港政府拥有的金融服务提供商，总资产约 2218 亿港元。
知情人士透露，香港按揭证券公司预计最早下月开始推介以港元和离岸人民币计价的多币种数字债券，利用这种在发行、交易和结算环节运用区块链技术的债务工具不仅让结算时间更短和费用更低，还能提速扩容。
