香港按揭證券公司擬發行全球最大規模數位債券，籌集至多 120 億港元

ChainCatcher 消息，香港按揭證券有限公司擬透過首次發行數字債券，籌集至多 120 億港元（15 億美元），可能成為全球有史以來規模最大的此類債券發行活動。香港按揭證券公司是香港政府擁有的金融服務提供商，總資產約 2218 億港元。
知情人士透露，香港按揭證券公司預計最早下月開始推介以港元和離岸人民幣計價的多幣種數字債券，利用這種在發行、交易和結算環節運用區塊鏈技術的債務工具不僅讓結算時間更短和費用更低，還能提速擴容。
